I'm with you Daniel I like rock, heavy metal, etc. As long as it's fast and I can understand the words. Sometimes I like only a few songs of a band.
Don't know the names of the new bands but when I was a boy AC/DC and the Angles were always a hit at parties.
Hip hop, house, rap, etc is just not my thing but each to their own.

  hmmmmm.......
Anything but that depressing music that seems to be favoured by our black dressed youngsters nowadays.
And I mean ANYTHING goes, at the right time that is.
Metal, rock, rap, country, blues classical..... I have it all on my mp3 player
Some favorites:
Midnight oil, de dijk (dutch band), alex lloyd, red hot chili peppers, guns and roses, johnny cash, Meat Loaf (pretty mixed bunch)
Most listened to: Eagle Rock (because my 3 year old insists on it when he hops in my car (every day)

I like most 60's & 70's music. Hate hip hop/rap. Cannot understand the words on most of the songs these days.
When you go out in JG's boat, you better get to like ABBA and Ricky Martin.

As my mate John McEnroe would say; - "YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS!!!! YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS!!!'" That's the last time I bring you along a kransky, sauerkraut and potato salad lunch. How can you eat German food, without the oom pah pah music in the background? How can you do the George St shuffle without piano accordian music? You are a strange man Jumpus.
What about all those people on shore, pointing and laughing? You can't tell me that they weren't having a good time and falling over themselves with joy.
