Who is up for a Grays Point meet and BBQ lunch next month or so ? i know it's not the warmest weather but it will be good because we will have the park to ourselves. I was there a few days ago and besides my group we only saw 2 other people.

Put your names down and we will get something worked out, there is a beach there to put our boats and head out for a fish (most people here have used Grays Point) if not i'll put a map up.

Once you decide when you want this event to accur, it may be an idea to put the suggestion on that other site you frequent and see if any of those blokes would be interested in having a social.
I know I wouldn't mind catching up with a few of the guys for a chin wag.
And I also suggest you make it BYO.

My bad laugh.gif

Alright fellas, how about i get the ball rolling, August 13th meet at Grays Point, 11AM, people can decide between going for a fish before the meet, or after the meet, or if people can only drop by for an hour, 11AM isn't to early (For you Jumpy) it's BYO like last time, i remember a few blokes were offering if others wanted anything

OK I have marked that on my calendar.
What sort of fish are we likely to encounter that time of the year ?.

As Frank Suggested it would be easier to make it BYO. not knowing numbers or anything would make it easier..

Frank, most common fish would be Flattys, Bream, and Trevally, considering you have fresh prawns/pillys or even better nippers..
