Well it looks like the boss has decide to sell up the Townhouse at werrington and buy a House at Cranebrook.

It is in need of a bit or repairs . So I will be looking for the following 1) Windows aluminium at present it has cedar double hung and they are a bit out of it approximately 10-12 windows 1.0 x 2.1m for most 2) security gate and a side panel for at the top of the steps plus a security door for the back door 3) electrican to install safety switch and renew the light in the place as they have fan lights which I hate. 4) fascia and eaves to be replaced with aluminium 5) a good plaster to repair cracks in ceiling and walls anyone looking for work as I,m not asking for freebies. It all comes down to whether they take my offer.

yes it is Fed it is all now down to whether they accept my offer.

As it is in the good section of Cranebrook , but it is a settlement thing and the place has been let go with walls cracked and light fixture broken. It is a Neeta build and the rooms are good size especially the master being 5.4m x 4.8m with build in. If the place was in good condition they would be asking more like $350,000 plus but I anticapte it going to cost me $25000 to $30000 to bring it back. So I put a bid in accordingly. -------------------- ![]() |
