Tell us the price Son ! The problem is that when someone post a price or mentions a price there is always going to someone that can get it cheaper. So the price that I paid was fair and I am happy that I finally got a camera. I have been looking for about four months and finally got around to getting one. So I am sorry but I will not post a price. I will say that they treated me very well. I got this camera from The Good Guys at Caringbah. |

I cannot make out the specs from the portrait. Care to elaborate? As you can tell the picture was taken in reverse from the mirror reflection. I wanted a camera that I could treat a little bit rough and so I was thinking of Olympus 790sw. They did not have that one as I think that it might be phasing out that model. I ended up getting the Olympus 850sw, and this had similar feature and function as the 790sw. I also got the 1gig memory card for the camera. Now the challenge would be to see if I can ues the camera. So here is a picture of my cupboard at home. And one more picture of my the mug that I use at work.

is that the waterproof model Christos?

That would be an awesome camera to take on fishing trips. I was looking at it but couldn't justify the expense so instead got a waterproof housing (well.. not an expensive one, just like a waterproof bag really) for $30 from ebay for my old compact camera. -------------------- Flying Dutchman.. soon to be fishing my way around Oz. Check http://www.mytb.org/MartinNL for my blog and if you think I'm coming near where you live, let me know!

I did not consider the Majed factor. This is just another plus for buying the camera.
