Fishing oz style _ The Kitchen _ Bbq Teriyaki Tuna Steak

Ingredients
Serves: 4

1 cup (250ml) teriyaki sauce
3/4 cup (200ml) olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 tuna fillets
oil for brushing on grill hotplate


Directions
Preparation:5min › Cook:10min › Extra time:30min marinating › Ready in:45min

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the teriyaki sauce, oil, garlic and pepper. Place the tuna in the bag. Seal the bag with as little air in it as possible. Give the bag a good shake to coat the tuna fillets. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, preheat the barbecue for high heat and lightly oil cooking grill hotplate.
Remove tuna from marinade, and place on barbecue. Cook for about 10 minutes or to desired doneness.

Note:

Allow 30 minutes for the tuna to marinate.
